Do I need an annual contract?
No, Residential services requires no contracts. Commercial Agreements may be cancelled at any time with 60 days Notice.
Do you service on the Weekends?
No, at the present time we are not available on the Weekends.
Do I need Monthly Service?
No, you may need one or two monthly services until your initial problem is under control. Once the problem is under control, you may change your service frequency to Bi-Monthly or Quarterly.
Do you service for Termites?
Unfortunately, We no longer provide Termite Services, Wood Infestation Reports or any Wood Destroying Organism Service.
Do you service Bed Bugs?
No, we do not service Bed Bugs.
Do you offer One-Time Services?
Yes, we offer One-Time Pest Control Services when we know they will be effective. If we can't control your pest with one service, we will let you know so that you won't spend money needlessly.
How effective is Outside Service Only?
Outside Service Only is very effective. The most important service is the Outside Perimeter Service. We service many customers with outside service year-round and over 95% of them never have a problem inside. Occasionally, some pest or insect may be introduced into the home from other sources, and we take care of those occasional issues.
